  • Help Restore KPDO!

    The December 2025 storms and associated power outages caused damage to KPDO’s broadcast and transmission equipment. As a result, both KPDO 89.3 and KZSG 90.7 are currently off the air.

    The costs to replace the damaged equipment and re-establish our broadcast capabilities could reach up to $10,000. You can help bring our essential community radio stations back to the airwaves. Please consider donating to the Equipment Restoration Fund.

    We are also in need of volunteers with exprience in installing and maintaining broadcast equipment, emergency standby power configurations, and related computer-based infrastructure. If you have these skills, or might know someone who does, please reach out to us.

  • Pescadero Transfer Station: Update

    This is an update regarding the Pescadero Transfer Station. 

    The previously-announced change to the operating schedule has been postponed to March 1, 2026. Starting March 1, 2026, the PTS operating schedule will be: Thursday and Friday, from 10am to 5:30pm, and Saturday, from 9am to 4:30pm.

    Please also note that the PTS will be closed this week on December 25 and next week on January first. The PTS will be open on December 26th, 27th and 28th, and January 2nd, 3rd and 4th.

  • March for the Ocean

    This video is created by Heirs to Our Oceans (H2OO). H2OO is a student group with clubs at our local district and in the Home school community. They focus on Ocean health, including the plastic accumulation. They are marching in 2018 and made this PSA.
